1. Overview

Welcome to StudioSuits. By using our website (www.studiosuits.com), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Custom Orders & Manufacturing

All garments sold on StudioSuits are custom-made. Once an order is placed, the tailoring process begins immediately, and we are unable to make changes, cancellations, or offer refunds.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Refunds: As all our products are custom-made, we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed.
  • Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed for production.
  • Fabric Availability: In case a fabric goes out of stock after you have placed an order, we will issue a full refund for the unavailable product.

4. Fit Guarantee & Alterations

  • We offer a Fit Guarantee products for first-time buyers, which includes free remakes in case of significant measurement issues. Click here to see these.
  • Alterations are covered with gift certificates (up to $75 for a suit) for local tailoring adjustments.
  • The customer must email us the alteration receipt within 30 days of purchase to claim the reimbursement in the form of a gift certificate.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Our estimated delivery times are usually faster than stated, but delays may occur due to measurement verification or fabric stock availability.
  • We are not responsible for customs duties or import taxes levied by your country.

6. Liability & Warranty

  • We ensure that all garments are made according to the measurements submitted. However, as these are handcrafted products, slight measurement variations are acceptable within industry standards.
  • Stripe and checked fabrics may not always align perfectly due to custom tailoring processes.
