The second garment will always come with reduced shipping costs. When you purchase multiple items, you'll enjoy savings on shipping.

Where do we ship
We proudly offer worldwide shipping, ensuring that our products reach customers across the globe. No matter where you are, we'll deliver right to your doorstep.
We do not ship to PO/APO addresses at this moment.
Custom products take around 2 to 3 weeks to manufacture, you can also check the product page to get a time estimation.
We usually try to dispatch before this time, once shipped it should reach you within 2 to 5 days.
We will update you when shipped.
The courier will deliver it to the address provided by you, if you are not at home they may also use their LDFD (Left at front door) option.
Alterations & Returns
We always recheck the order before dispatching and also enclose a checking report
If our measurements differ from what you submitted we will replace the garment with a new one absolutely free of charge on return of the old garment for us to check, as these garments are custom made specially for you we do not provide refunds, this also applies for pre-set sized(ready-sizes) garments as they too are custom made once ordered, the customer has to ship at our contact address at their cost.

Suits are easily alterable from most areas, we do leave certain margins for this purpose and this can be done by any tailor.
Alterations can be necessary to get the perfect fit for you, we give gift certificates to compensate for the alter cost, once you get the measurements right you can always keep on re-ordering our quality hand crafted custom suits. The gift certificate can be redeemed any time for your future purchases on our website. You can email us with the alteration receipt and claim amount required within 30 days of purchase we will email the gift certificate accordingly.
We cover up to $75 for alterations in form of gift certificates. Your alteration reimbursement amount will depend on the garments being altered. The maximum limit for each garment is listed below.

We provide the Best Value for your money by only charging for the price of items you purchase. Unlike other sellers out there who include the cost of remakes in the original price, we give you the Million Dollar look for a price none can match. If you need to tweak your measurement, you can always order again after changing your measurement profile.
From our experience after making thousands of suits and jackets we have found out that if you measure yourself according to our instructions you cannot go wrong, you are used to wearing ready made fits which are made and cut without keeping you in mind, here we make according to more than 6 measurements of you.
While we cut the fabric in exact specifications that you give, the garment measurements can differ a bit, this is acceptable in the specialized custom clothing industry, also keeping in mind these are hand made garments, this applies to all our Garments including Suits, Trousers, Shorts and any other which is listed on our website.
Please note we cannot control customs duties of your country, tax and duties if any has to be paid by customers on orders shipped outside USA.
It is always advisable to place group orders together so that we can use fabrics from the same batch, fabrics do differ from batch to batch.
We are not responsible if any fabric goes out of stock, we will refund you if any order is placed and we do not have adequate stocks, this applies for single orders.
No claims will be valid if multiple orders are placed for the same fabric and we are not able to fulfill all or any one of them, we will always refund for garments if production for the same has not started.
Our shipping period is usually faster than we claim, however if the order goes on hold due to a measurement reconfirmation or fabric stock non availability then no delay issues can be raised as all orders are custom made, our customer support team will assist you if the order is urgent.
We value the uniqueness that comes with bespoke tailoring, which is particularly evident in our striped and checked jackets. Due to individual crafting and various customizations such as garment size, lapel size, etc., the alignment of stripes and checks may vary from the website images. Each jacket is uniquely crafted, resulting in subtle differences that enhance the exclusivity and charm of your purchase, making each piece distinctly personal.
