All Harris Tweed is made from 100% virgin wool that is dyed and spun in the Western Isles of Scotland. The finished yarn is then delivered to the homes of crofters throughout the Outer Hebrides where, in a tradition that is centuries old, it is woven by hand into the finest Harris Tweed.

Every jacket carries the Harris Tweed Orb trademark label that guarantees the authenticity of the tweed.

Canvassed Construction

All our Suit Jackets are made using a proper half-canvas construction with pad-stitched lapels. This method not only improves the drape & durability of the suit, but also results in a gently curved lapel roll which looks & feels far better than the stiff pressed lapels on fused garments.

Great jacket and part of a great suit

I was initially unsure about buying suits from Studio Suits because of some minority reviews I had read saying severe measurement errors had been made, but I have bought two jackets, two pairs of pants and a waistcoat from Studio Suits and each has been well-made and correctly measured.
I ordered a Harris tweed suit last and Studio Suits did a great job as usual on all the little details like working cuff buttons and trouser pleats, and they also improved the fit of the jacket due to a complaint I had made about the last jacket they made for me.
The Harris tweed is great quality, though does not have as much of a shine to it as the cheaper Highlander tweed. I got mine lined with Cupro which is a great material, and I appreciate all the pockets that are included in the lining.
I also bought pants of the same material and I was pleasantly surprised that Studio Suits had made the pants buttons the same as the buttons I requested for the jacket, even though there is no option to customize pants buttons.
All in all, Studio Suits has always done a good job for me and I have recommended them to others. They get all the details right and the overall construction is impressive.

I’m very pleased with the jacket. It was my second jacket so I was able to tweak the measurements for a best fit. Missed out on a fabric that I wanted because studio held the second jacket until I tried on the first. I appreciate what they did but wish that they had reserved the fabric that I originally ordered rather than wait to make the suit after the fabric was no longer available.

Corduroy Suit and Pants

The fabric was lovely and the quality of tailoring was still solid and feels sound and sturdy. I did not use their measurements option and simply just ordered to regular 44 size and 36 waist. It wasn't an easy trip to alterations shop couldn't fix. I've gotten many compliments while wearing this suit.

Green Linen Suit

I ordered a lovely green, linen suit which after having been made, arrived a month later. The quality is very good and similarly with the 'fit'. Very pleased with the purchase.

I got a suit from StudioSuits that cost about the same as one of my good shirts and has the quality in both material and bespoke tailoring of a $2,000 item. Hard to believe you can do something like that, but it's true. They even contacted me to make sure they had the measurements correct. I leave the incorrect impression that I'm a rich guy thanks to these folks

Beautiful fit. Great tailoring work, but NOT THE SAME BROWN COLOUR IN PERSON THAN IT IS ON THE IN...

The measurements were very accurate for my husband! They fit well! The pants were a bit long but we’ll get those hemmed no problem. But the only problem is the colour! On the website, the colour and material looks like a darkish brown colour and the material looks like a quality wool on the website with a nice texture and pattern! But the fit is perfect!

The jacket doesn’t fit properly however I see that as my fault, my measurements were incorrect therefore I will be unable to wear the jacket.

This is my second suit and again, they knocked it out of the park. Doing in-home measurements can seem intimidating (like you're somehow going to mess it up), but it couldn't be easier. If you have $300 to spend on a suit and you spent it anywhere other than StudioSuits, you're crazy.
