I was rather nervous about how thorough the measurements were, but I worked at a tux shop years ago, so I gave it a try. I was contacted a few days later for clarification of a typo. All correspondence was quick and professional. When I got the suit, I brought it to my tailor to double check it. She said it was perfect and she wouldn't change a thing. She also commented on how great the stitching and material is.
