Custom products take around 2 to 3 weeks to manufacture.
We usually try to dispatch before that time.
Once shipped it should reach you within 3 to 7 days.
We will update you when shipped.

Cost of Shipping
The second Garment will always cost you less in terms of shipping.
Buying multiple items will save you a lot on shipping.

To know exact shipping cost:
Add your favorite product to the cart, you will find a shipping estimator on the shopping cart page, choose your country from there and our software will automatically calculate shipping according to the country you are located in, the more products you add the shipping cost goes down.

Once you decide to buy a product you will get to fill in your details which will include your country and the shipping cost will be calculated in your total order automatically.




PO Boxes
Please dont give PO addresses, it always causes trouble.





APO Addresses
Please dont give APO addresses, we do not have the facility to service these areas, we would love to server the Armed Forces but we always face problems when we try to deliver to APO boxes


LDFD
The courier will deliver it to the address provided by you, if you are not at home they may also use their LDFC(Left at front door) option which is mostly common in USA.


Returns
We always recheck the order before dispatching and also enclose a checking report

If our measurements differ from what you submitted we will replace the garment with a new one absolutely free of charge on return of the old garment for us to check, as these garments are custom made specially for you we do not provide any refunds, this also applies for pre-set sized(ready-sizes) suits as they too are custom made once ordered, the customer has to ship at our contact address at their cost.

Suits are easily alterable from most areas, we do leave certain margins for this purpose and this can be done by any tailor.

For First Time customers we can offer upto 20% product credit in the form of gift certificate to compensate for the alter cost, once you get the measurements right you can always keep on re-ordering our quality hand crafted custom suits.
The gift certificate can be redeemed any time for your future purchases on our website.
Please note the 20% credit will apply to First Time customers on one Suit ordered costing $150 and above only as we work on low margins.
You can email us with the claim amount required subject to the above terms and we will email the gift certificate accordingly.

While we cut the garment in the exact specifications that you give, the measurements can differ a bit, this is acceptable in the specialized custom clothing industry, also keeping in mind these are hand made garments.

The above applies to all our Garments including Suits, Trousers, Shorts, Skirts and any other which is listed on our website.

From experience we have found out that if you measure yourself according to our instructions you cannot go wrong, you are used to wearing the ready made fit which are made and cut without keeping in mind your measurements, here we make according to more than 4 measurement of yours.

Please note we can't control customs duties of your country, duty if any has to be paid by you.

We are not responsible if any fabric goes out of stock, we will refund you if any order is placed and we do not have adequate stocks, this applies for single orders.
We will not entertain any claims if multiple orders are placed for the same fabric and we are not able to fulfill all or any one of them.

Our shipping period is usually faster than we claim, however if the order goes on hold due to a reconfirmation required or a fabric stock issue or any other reason no delay issues can be raised as all orders are custom made, our customer support team will assist you if the order is urgent.
